Sheridan Maine is excited to hire for the role of Commercial Analyst (Pricing) on behalf of our client, a growing real estate business based in London.
This role sits within the Finance team and will work closely with Business Development, supporting strategic decision-making through detailed pricing analysis and revenue reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping commercial strategies, managing contracts, and delivering valuable insights across the business.
 
Key Responsibilities as the Commercial Analyst:
  • Carry out in-depth pricing analysis to support commercial decisions.
  • Develop and manage pricing models to help drive profitability.
  • Track market trends and competitor pricing activity.
  • Manage existing commercial contracts and support timely renewals.
  • Ensure new contracts align with internal guidelines and financial goals.
  • Keep an accurate and up-to-date record of all contract agreements.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver insights to support business growth and performance improvement.
  • Partner with Business Development and senior leadership to align on pricing and commercial strategy.
  • Contribute to wider projects and business initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and digital tools to enhance outcomes. 
What We're Looking For in the successful candidate:
  • A degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (must have).
  • Qualified accounting professional (desirable).
  • Experience in pricing analysis and/or contract management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI (or similar tools), and data analysis software.
