Sheridan Maine are delighted to be partnering with an established organisation in Hampshire supporting them with their search for a new Financial Controller.

The key responsibilities of Financial Controller will include:
- Lead the monthly management accounts production and present to senior board members.
- Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Provide in depth forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for key business partners.
- Motivate and develop the finance team encouraging effective collaboration and structure.
- Suggest and implement financial strategies and process improvements on a continuous basis.
The suitable Financial Controller will possess:
- Full ACCA/CIMA Qualification + significant post qualification experience.
- Proven experience in a similar senior position.
- Excellent communication skills and evidence of strong business partnering abilities.
- Experience building and leading a team.
- Excellent all-round IT abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
