Financial Controller - Remote/ Hybrid

Sheridan Maine are delighted to be partnering with an established organisation in Hampshire supporting them with their search for a new Financial Controller.
 
The key responsibilities of Financial Controller will include: 

• Lead the monthly management accounts production and present to senior board members.
• Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Provide in depth forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for key business partners.
• Motivate and develop the finance team encouraging effective collaboration and structure.
• Suggest and implement financial strategies and process improvements on a continuous basis.

 
The suitable Financial Controller will possess: 

• Full ACCA/CIMA Qualification + significant post qualification experience.
• Proven experience in a similar senior position.
• Excellent communication skills and evidence of strong business partnering abilities.
• Experience building and leading a team.
• Excellent all-round IT abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
