Sheridan Maine is seeking a Senior Client Manager to lead client relationships and deliver exceptional service at an accountancy firm in West Midlands. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong leadership and communication skills.

You will oversee a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities as Senior Client Manager:

• Manage and develop relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings and presentations to communicate value and insights.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver client projects successfully.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and service improvements.
• Resolve complex client issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Mentor and support junior client managers.
• Prepare detailed reports and updates for clients and senior management.
  
  

The successful Senior Client Manager must possess:

• Proven experience in client management or account leadership roles.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
• Excellent organisational and team leadership capabilities.
• Results-driven and proactive approach.
• 2+ years of experience in a UK practice.
