The Role
As the Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior, you will assist in delivering high-quality accounting, audit, and tax services while collaborating with experienced professionals. As you develop, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your own client portfolio and build lasting client relationships.

Your responsibilities as the Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior will include:
  • Working with a variety of owner-managed businesses, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
  • Preparing accounts and financial statements.
  • Preparing personal tax returns.
  • Processing client records accurately and efficiently.
  • Preparing management accounts to meet client needs.
  • Completing and checking VAT returns for accuracy and compliance.
  • Supervising and supporting junior team members.
  • Managing basic client queries and providing day-to-day support.
  • Assisting with audit assignments and ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

To be considered for the role of Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior, you will have/be:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a UK accounting practice.
  • AAT qualified or currently studying towards ACCA (study support available).
  • Experience using IRIS, Xero, or Sage preferred.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and client-focused approach.
