Key responsibilities of a Tax Manager:
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of tax clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Provide accurate and timely tax compliance and advisory support.
  • Review work completed by junior staff, offering mentorship and technical guidance.
  • Strengthen client relationships and contribute to business development activities.
  • Play an active role in the continued enhancement and growth of the tax team.

Requirements to succeed as a Tax Manager:
  • CTA, ACA, ACCA qualified, or with equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge across personal and/or corporate tax.
  • Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle deadlines and maintain high-quality output.
  • Professional, proactive, and able to work collaboratively or independently.
