Sheridan Maine is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected Top 100 UK accountancy firm based in High Wycombe to recruit an ambitious and motivated Audit & Accounts Semi Senior.

This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA) looking to accelerate their career within a supportive, forward-thinking and people-focused practice environment.

Our client is an independent, well-established accountancy practice with a heritage spanning over 100 years and a team of over 90 professionals. Renowned for delivering high-quality audit, accounting and advisory services, they work with an impressive and diverse client base across the UK and internationally.

As an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior, you will work across a varied portfolio, gaining exposure to both audit and accounts assignments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the planning and completion of audit assignments
• Preparing statutory accounts for a range of clients
• Liaising directly with clients and responding to queries
• Supporting senior team members on engagements
• Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service

We are keen to speak with candidates who are:

• Part-qualified ACA / ACCA (or equivalent)
• Have approximately 2+ years’ experience within an accountancy practice
• Certificate Level qualified with 4+ Professional Level exams passed (ideal)

We will also consider:

• More experienced candidates who are not yet exam-qualified
• Individuals with strong practical audit and accounts experience looking to continue or formalise their studies
