Your responsibilities as the Credit Controller will include:
Managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
Conducting credit assessments to determine creditworthiness of new and existing clients.
Negotiating payment terms and arrangements with clients to resolve overdue accounts.
Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or disputes related to invoices and payments.
Collaborating with internal teams to optimise credit and collections processes.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all credit control activities.
To be considered for the role of Credit Controller, you will require:
Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar finance role.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven mindset with a commitment to meeting targets and deadlines.
