A dynamic organisation based in West Berkshire are currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant to join their busy finance team on a hybrid working basis. The role will encompass a wide variety of accounting tasks and training will be provided.
Key duties of the role include:
Month end activities; accruals, prepayments, journals
Balance sheet reconciliations
Expenses and credit card analysis
P & L analysis
Financial reporting and analysis
Fixed asset maintenance
To be considered for this role, you will have the following experience and attributes:
Double entry accounting knowledge (essential)
AAT or similar academic background (desirable)
Prior experience of working within finance (essential)
Competent level of IT skills including Excel (essential)
Able to travel to the office minimum 2 days a week (essential)
The company have car parking available on site.
