Our client, an award-winning business in Poole, is seeking a Revenue Accountant & Business Partner to join their finance team. This role centres on providing customer-focused financial services and using management accounting information to inform and challenge management decisions.
Key responsibilities of the Revenue Accountant & Business Partner include:
Partner with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making
Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
Monthly preparation and reconciliation of all revenue streams
Support the internal and external audits in relation to the revenue processes and procedures
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
Preparation of weekly cashflow reports for Group
Review and manage the aged debtor balances
The successful Revenue Accountant & Business Partner will require the following skills and experience:
Professional accounting qualification or part-qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is highly desirable
Proven experience in financial analysis, management accounting, and business partnering
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
