Sheridan Maine is delighted to be collaborating with our Hampshire based client that has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk. This position is a long term temporary assignment with a prestigious local employer and has a high potential to lead to permanent employment with the business.
The key duties of the Accounts Payable Clerk will include:
Processing purchase invoices
Statement Reconciliations
Investigating discrepancies and resolving queries
Payment runs
Intercompany invoicing
Chasing for invoice approvals
Liaising with suppliers in relation to invoice queries
The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will require the following skills and attributes:
Accounts Payable/ purchase ledger experience
Good IT Skills
Team Player
Available to start at short notice
Our client offers a competitive hourly rate as well as hybrid working. IT equipment will be provided throughout the assignment. There is free car parking onsite and the company are accessible by public transport.
