Sheridan Maine has teamed up with one of the UK's most established luxury fashion brands to recruit a Finance Analyst (Real Estate & Capital) for their London office on a 10-month FTC. This offers a fantastic opportunity for an individual with retail experience to initiate their career in a prestigious organisation.
The position follows a hybrid work schedule, with remote work on Thursdays and Fridays.
Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst (Real Estate & Capital)will include, but will not be limited to:
Oversee weekly and monthly sales reporting consolidation, identifying key trends and risks for annual forecasts
Manage EMEIA rolling forecast submission to group finance, independently developing forecasts and demonstrating business understanding
Maintain accurate real estate movement summaries (actuals and forecasts)
Consolidate EMEIA Capex actuals, prepare Capex Forecasts for Group Finance, and identify and communicate issues to the construction team
Collaborate with the construction team to improve Capex Forecast accuracy
Consolidate regional investment documents, challenge assumptions, and oversee the EMEIA impairment process
Prepare budgets and forecasts, work with accounting teams, and provide variance analysis and commentary
Address ad hoc queries and prioritise timely responses
Contribute to profitability initiatives, support scenario analysis, and drive continuous process improvements for enhanced reporting and analysis
The successful Finance Analyst (Real Estate & Capital)will require the following skills and experience:
CIMA or Newly Qualified
Prior experience in retail
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Effective time management paired with critical thinking skills
