Our prestigious client based in Central London, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Finance Manager to join their finance team on a temporary assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established organisation in the heart of the city and make a significant impact on their financial strategy.
 
As the Group Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial landscape of our client's organisation.
 
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead the process for the production and approval of all consolidated internal and external reporting and statutory accounts.
• Lead on balance sheet accounting, reconciliation and management including fixed assets and investments, restricted & endowment funds and intercompany charges and transfers.
• Lead the commercial finance relationship and business partnering for continuing commercial operations.
• Lead the treasury function including bank accounts (central and regional, credit cards and expenses, and cash flow reporting and forecasting.
• Own the VAT accounting and reporting processes and the relationship with external tax advisors (VAT and corporation tax).

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
• Experience of producing or auditing group financial statements.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
