Our client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding multinational organisation headquartered in the heart of central Bath. With year-on-year growth, their success is driven by a team of dedicated professionals.  They are now seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their finance team and play a pivotal role in their continued progress.
 
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be a vital member of a key business division. Reporting to a first-class Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial reporting activities for the division. This includes the production of management reports, analysis, management accounts, and other critical cyclical financial reports. Your insights and financial expertise will be crucial in driving informed decision-making within the division.
 
Your responsibilities as the Senior Finance Manager will include:

• Ownership of producing monthly management accounts to a strict timetable and in accordance with company policy and generally accepted accounting practice.
• Prepare and analyse management accounts, providing meaningful commentary.
• Produce annual budget and forecasts for full P&L and Balance Sheet, ensuring they are accurately reflected in financial reporting systems.
• Business partner to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial reports.
• Optimise the budgeting and forecasting models.
• Develop a robust process for accurately forecasting cash flow.
• Ensure that the financial records properly reflect the key terms of all relevant commercial agreements.
• Monitor financial processes and controls and drive continuous improvement to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.

• Experienced qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA).
• Proven experience in managing, coaching and developing team members.
