Our client is currently seeking a talented and dedicated Credit Controller to join its dynamic team. Key responsibilities of the Credit Controller include:
Assist in the management of outstanding debts and accounts receivable.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Monitor and track customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Collaborate with colleagues in the credit control team to resolve payment issues.
Ensure cash receipts are booked in a timely and accurate manner.
Reconcile and issue monthly broker statements.
Liaise with Underwriters and Brokers regarding problem accounts.
Prepare reports on credit control activities for management review.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to accounts.
The successful Credit Controller will require the following skills and qualifications:
Previous experience in a credit control or finance-related role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software is a plus.
