We are on the lookout for a dedicated and proactive Senior Management Accountant to join our client based in the heart of London. This is a broad-ranging role that offers room for development and growth. As a key member of our finance team, you will manage the full monthly, quarterly, and annual financial cycles and provide valuable insights to our client’s leadership team.
 
Your responsibilities as the Senior Management Accountant will include:

  • Complete management accounts for 3 entities, including quarterly consolidation of income statements, cashflow, and balance sheets.
  • Oversee finance and tax processes for US entities, managing income statements, balance sheets, cashflows, regular management reporting, and the quarterly tax calendar.
  • Prepare and maintain UK payroll and benefits in collaboration with third-party providers. Ensure files are approved by the Finance Director and assist in setting up new staff on relevant schemes.
  • Lead the transition from Sage to Oracle Netsuite in 2024, including system design, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes, systems, and reporting.
 
To be considered for the role of Senior Management Accountant:
  • Post-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) finance professional.
  • Proven hands-on experience in management accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills and highly organised.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – strong stakeholder liaison skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
