Our client is seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist to join their team. This key role involves leading teams both in the UK and across a wider geographical area to ensure the successful implementation and management of payroll systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of payroll processes, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
 
Responsibilities of the Payroll Implementation Specialist include:

• Oversee and coordinate the provision of global payroll.
• Execute and manage global payroll across various locations, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.
• Be a key point of contact and work closely with the wider teams.
• Host and chair meetings.

• Proven experience in leading large multisite/international payroll.
• Possess a payroll qualification.
• Be able to demonstrate an In-depth knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and regulations.
• Previous experience of payroll projects and management, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
