Sheridan Maine are recruiting for a temporary accounts assistant position for an international client based in Newbury. This role will be an immediate start.
Key duties:
Oversee accounts receivable ledger
Checking payments and allocating to accounts
Generating and issuing invoices and statements
Performing accounts reconciliations
Chasing outstanding debts
Skills required:
Strong analytical skills and data manipulation expertise
Proficiency in Excel
Demonstrable experience in reconciling accounts
Excellent attention to detail
Flexibility, effective time management, and the ability to work independently
Strong communication skills
The company have free car parking available and are accessible by public transport.
