Sheridan Maine is proud to partner with one of our esteemed clients in London to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Manager on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a dynamic organisation and play a pivotal role in managing the accounts payable function for the Group.
 
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Accounts Payable Manager will:

• Lead and manage a team of Accounts Payable Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Oversee all accounts payable activities for the Group, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
• Maintain and strengthen accounts payable controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Act as a key support for the Group’s financial systems, identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Develop and manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues effectively and enhance service delivery.
• Support month-end and year-end processes related to accounts payable.

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable Manager role within hospitality sector.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounts payable processes, systems, and controls.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage vendor and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Availability to start immediately and quickly adapt to the role.
