Sheridan Maine are delighted to be working with a leading service provider business, based near Reading, who are seeking a Finance Analyst to join their UK finance team on a permanent basis.
The day to day responsibilities of the Finance Analyst will include:
Analyse and manipulate large scale financial data
Identify and resolve data anomalies from multiple sources
Create testing scenarios to ensure the accuracy of data
Ensure documentation is up to date and correct
Analyse processes to suggest and improve current procedures to enhance revenue
Liaising with internal departments to streamline processes
Undertake regular audits of financial data
To be considered for the role, the following skills and experience are required:
Qualified Accountant- ACCA / CIMA / ACA
Strong analysis skills and experience handling complex data sets
Advanced level Excel
A passion for numbers and problem solving
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
