Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with a growing and highly reputable accountancy practice in Cambridge that is looking to appoint a Tax Manager. Main duties of a Tax Manager:
  • Oversee and manage a mixed portfolio of tax clients.
  • Provide reliable tax compliance and advisory services.
  • Review technical work produced by junior staff, offering coaching and support.
  • Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
  • Assist in strategic initiatives that contribute to the department’s continued growth.

Qualifications to succeed in the Tax Manager role:
  • Qualified CTA, ACA, ACCA, or holding equivalent relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding of personal and/or corporate tax matters.
  • Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and uphold high standards of work.
  • Professional, self-motivated, and capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively.
